NEW YOGA INSTRUCTOR
Hi, I’m Hannah most people know me as the energizer bunny or Mrs. sunshine. My passion for health wellness began when I was back in high school and became a big part of my life because it has changed mine. Which developed my love for helping people with the physical and mental aspects of their lifestyles. I believe everyone approaches exercise and health differently and I like to help find what approach works best for that individual. Some of my specialties are functional movements, mobility, yoga, biking, posture, strength, bodyweight, balance, flexibility, holistic nutrition, and breath.
Hannah will begin teaching on Monday’s & Thursday in July.
