Burlington Senior Center provides lunch and health care programs. Lunches provided by ADRC.

BSC Lunch

We serve lunch at 11:50 am. Monday – Friday for seniors 60 and older, although a spouse may be younger. Our meals are balanced and delicious and includes dessert. We provided them at low cost. Join your friends for pleasant conversation. Diners begin to arrive around 10:30am.

To reserve your meal, please call us by 9 a.m. at least one day in advance at 1-262-833-8766. A donation of $3.50 is requested.

Our Harmony Club

Burlington Harmony Club Group Picture

Volunteer based social day program for older adults with age related disabilities ranging from Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease to social isolation. Volunteers spend 6 hours with our clients in conversation, enjoying crafts, games, and activities together, and sharing a meal while their caregivers are able to receive 6 hours of respite time.  Our Harmony Club meets from 9:30am-3:30pm the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Wednesday of every month.  There is a $30 fee for clients.  For more information, contact Dawn Vlach at (262) 880-5301 or at

Burlington Senior Center Bus

The bus that serves the Burlington Senior Center allows seniors to go shopping, visiting, appointments, needed services, jobs or special events around town. The name of the bus has been changed to SPARC which stands for Shuttling People Around Racine County. Download the pdf of the Senior Shuttle schedule.
